Rose Squish, also called Gulkand, is a solar powered rose petal jam. Made by massaging fresh rose petals and layering them in a jar with organic cane sugar. This jar sits in the Summer sun for 6 weeks, slowly cooking down into squish! Delicious on toast, yogurt, ice cream or by the spoonful! 
 
We harvest all our rose petals from clean, old rose bushes in Southern Oregon.
